ABAP Code Retreat @ CQSE: Register Now

Dr. Christian Pfaller

We are happy to host the first ABAP Code Retreat (ACR) in the Munich area. It will take place on Saturday, February 24th 2018. Registration is open now—to register, please visit the registration page.

This event is a great opportunity to experience a Code Retreat in ABAP and to expand your ABAP skills. Spend the day with ABAP colleagues, connect with your peers, learn from each other, share experiences and be inspired by the great community. Just bring your own laptop. We provide you with an ABAP stack and access to the system for the event. In addition, we offer lunch, snacks and soft drinks for free!

What is a Code Retreat?

A Code Retreat is a day-long, intensive practice event, focusing on the fundamentals of software development and design. This free community-driven event format gives you the opportunity to practice TDD, Clean Code and refactoring for a whole day. This isn’t a conference! Rules are totally different, attendees actively take part in the coding experience: Act a lot, listen very little.

For more information about the ABAP Code Retreat format visit the ABAP Code Retreat SCN wiki site and the event site of this ACR.

Teamscale Try-Out

At this Code Retreat at CQSE, you will also have the opportunity to see how Teamscale analyzes ongoing changes in ABAP code to help you deliver even cleaner code. We will provide a demo instance of Teamscale with which you can play during the event.
